With over 50 years of combined real estate experience, Joe
and Glenda are able to create a truly dynamic duo. Joe has a commercial real
estate background and holds the coveted CCIM designation, the highest
commercial real estate designation available. He also holds the CRB, GRI, SRES,
and ePro designations. Joe is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish.
Glenda has spent a majority of her time learning the ins and
outs of the market and specializes in individual clients. Glenda prides herself
in her ability to relate to customers and in turn have a sophisticated
relationship with every client. In addition, she has obtained the Internet Marketing Specialist Designation and is diving head into the internet technology side of Real Estate. Glenda is a "Preferred Real Estate Professional" with the Texas Veterans Land Board.
